I Connect the battery cable, gas, fuel and cable, but I need a diagram to go! Please help me so that I get my boat in the water.

It takes more than one schema, you need to buy a service manual outboard motors. Very few online almost no room reference manual provides free maps for marine equipment or instructions.

I am sure that you forgot to mention some other information such as ignition coils, engine temperature and tachometer wiring.

There is no way around this, you must purchase a service manual for 1999 Mercury 200 hp outboard. It's either this or go for a qualified service center for Mercury and will be installed.
